To make your eyes really pop I suggest putting a light shimmer shadow just below your eyebrows on your brow bone and also a little in the corner tear duct area. This technique will also help open and separate the eyes giving them a glamorous pop! A shadow color that works great with this little trick is Glo Minerals Linen or Diamond pressed eye powder.
